Question Calibre as service

Hello, has anyone managed to make calibre-server run as a Windows service on Win7?

Running the command-line mode manually works:

Code:
"c:\Program Files (x86)\Calibre2\calibre-server.exe"
But if I create a service from this using sc:

Code:
sc create calibre binpath= "c:\Program Files (x86)\Calibre2\calibr
e-server.exe" displayname= "Calibre Server" depend= Tcpip start= auto
this works, and I get:

Code:
[SC] CreateService SUCCESS
But, I can't start it.

Code:
sc start calibre

[SC] StartService FAILED 1053:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Any one else have any ideas?

Thanks

Hmm, I think I found a simpler way.

I used Task Scheduler in Win7 to schedule an "At system startup" task, which I first discarded as not working - however that was due to me fluffing a path somewhere! Fixing the task now works!
