Error Message

Hello, since yesterday, I get this message when trying to download covers:

calibre, version 0.8.46
ERROR: Download failed: Failed to download any covers, click "Show details" for details.

Strange thing, the day before yesterday there were no problems at all!

restart calibre and/or reboot your computer, and if you have some tempfile cleaning program, disable it.

It works again!
Although I'm not really sure whether this comes from the update to the new version or from your advice!
