Creating a 2 column ebook to display on kindle 2?
Hi Folks,
I have taken some plain text from gutenberg and created a 2 column html file (dual language). Unfortunately every time I convert it (through Calibre on linux or on MobiPocket) the Kindle ignores the columns! (Example attached of html) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Last edited by jmoorse; 02-07-2010 at 09:37 PM. |

Now, that I see your page sample, you may have to build it as a landscape page. I don't think the Kindle is wide enough to handle 2 columns even at the smallest font size.

what about making kindle display two columns?
...can it be done? I'm really interested in this - it allows for much faster reading.
