Lets go over the Point regulations.
Some Politicians mean there is some thing that need a regulation, so they hire some "Experts". This expert take a standart and use it for there Test or statement even the "expertstandart" is way outdated. and then it take years for the politicians to hire some new "experts" who explain the politician what in the report from the first "Experts" is writen. Then a couple of years later the regulation is made. And Regulations will not Changed until some "expert-group" are hired for a look over. Politician = Persons who claim to be voted and rule for the People Expert = Some one who thinks he knows some thing about he is Hired Most time he dosn´t |
