Nook HD Reader Settings
I was looking at the Nook HD in my local B&N today, but couldn't figure out how to use the settings for the Reader. Neither I nor the salesperson could access the Reader settings, even though we could see a heading for it in Settings. She thought it was probably because the store demos are set up differently than the units customers buy.
Does anyone know if Reader settings can be adjusted on the HD? Specifically, I want to be able to turn off Page Animation. Thanks! |

On my HD+ I can only access the Reader Settings if I have an ebook open. I'm assuming you are trying this.

Thanks to everyone for their help; I tried this in another B&N yesterday and was able to make the adjustment while in a book.
Now my question is: will that setting "stick" from book to book, or do I have to reset it every time I start a new book? |

Yes, the settings should stay. At least they do for me.
