Shame the Kindle version of the Bachman books doesn't include Rage. But given the topic, it's perhaps not too surprising.

Good deal, but as greencat says, it's a shame it doesn't include Rage. My paperback copy includes all 3 of these stories and Rage. Rage and The Long Walk are by far my favorites.
