transfer kobobooks to kindle from ipad
Hi All ,
I bought a Kindle and downloaded Amazon books with no problem . I then bought an IPAD and was able to download an Amazon app and the Amazon books to the IPAD . Using the IPAD I bought books from IBooks(via Itunes) and KOBO books through a direct purchase from the IPAD. I would now like to make the KOBO and IBOOKS on my IPAD available on the Kindle .HAve tried various ways without success .. Any suggestions ? Thanks , Claude |

Can't be done without stripping the DRM and converting the files.

I believe I have heard that so far, you cannot strip drm from ibooks items.

As FF2 says, iBook DRM has not been circumvented.
For the Kobo ebooks, if you can download an Adobe ePub version from Kobo to a PC (or a Mac) then its DRM can be stripped and Calibre can then convert it to MOBI for your Kindle. So your first step is to get your Kobo ebooks displaying via Desktop Adobe Digital Editions. Then see Apprentice Alf's Blog for everything about DRM. |
