Adblock Plus 1.3.3 and FF: crashes when quoting

Just a warning that I began seeing Firefox crashes whenever trying to respond to a message by quoting (my usual method). It started happening after the update to Adblock Plus 1.3.3. Adblock Plus 1.3.2 does not do that, and it doesn't do it with ABP turned off. I disabled all blocked elements on the reply page, but that didn't seem to fix it. I didn't have time to track it down, so I moved back to ABP 1.3.2

Thanks for the warning, but Adblock doesn't seem to be responsible. I've just updated to 1.3.3 on FF 3.6.13, and so far, I have no problems quoting messages.

Thanks for the reply. I have lots of element hiding ABP options set on MobileRead, so it's probably an interaction of some sort. I use ABP's element hiding capability to remove misc stuff at the bottom of the page (quick reply, etc.) It lets me jump immediately to the bottom of a thread and start reading there without having to scroll back up first.

It seems it has to be ABP related as it immediately crashes when ABP is on, immediately crashes after the update. Goes away when I restore to the earlier version, etc.

Well, you may be right. I haven't blocked anything from mobileread.com, if you have, an interaction is probable.

When I get time, I'll remove all the element hiding rules and upgrade again. I only realized it was ABP because I answered a question, shut down FF, restarted and saw an ABP upgrade (but no other upgrades), then immediately saw crashing when I quoted that could only be fixed by disabling or downgrading ABP. I tried putting in mobileread exceptions, but perhaps I need to remove the rules completely.
