Antenna House Formatter

I recently installed Calibre to convert some pdf's to ePub format. However, whenever I convert a book I get stuff saying Antenna House XSL Formatter (Evaluation) as a link to buy the Antenna House software. I don't want to buy this software, is there any way to use a different XSL formatter so I don't get this on all my books?

This is not from Calibre. Most likely this link is in your source PDF file. Some PDF cropping programs just hide the header, footer, whitespace but don't actually eliminate it.
