Ended iRex DR1000s

I work as a purchase manager for one Slovenian (EU) computer retail company and I bought it approximately 1,5 years ago as a test (demo) unit. Unfortunately I'm not too into e-book reading and has been used hardly 5 times since then. It still has original packaging, stylus, cable and SD card, but no receipt or warranty.

Please be aware, it has some minor flaws caused by me (better said my 2y old daughter

). Since I don't have a case for it, it has been lying in the drawer among other gadgets and cables and the screen got a little bit damaged (two hardly visible black spots).
Also one (upper left if you read from the display) little rubber foot is missing.

Also when I want to turn it on every few months it appears that the battery is empty. Then I have to press reset button on the bottom and charge it over mini USB cable. Is this a fault or a bug? Power management is set to shut down the device after 15 minutes.

To proceed

As our market is too small to sell this kind of specialized device for the price it deserves, I'm offering it more widely. Prefer sending throughout EU, but could try to arrange sending also to US or Canada. I prefer Pay Pal payment and upon request I could probably do it through ebay (although I have never sold anything so far on it, only bought on german ebay

)

One more note regarding the battery charging problem.

It looks like it's not really a problem after all. As I have read on FAQ, it does not indicate charging while turned off and that's why I thought it was totally discharged. Today I turned it on for the first time, since I wrote post on forum about selling it. It booted without any problems, so it looks like it perfectly in order. But I'll try to simulate total discharging anyway, since I read on forum that some owners of DR1000s do experience trouble with full discharging of the device.

BTW It's still available
