Free @ Amazon (not available to Canadians, does not exist as an e-book in the UK store). Doubtful that it'll show up elsewhere, since the past batch of Stackpole freebies were US Kindle-only.

It was free 2-1/2 years ago, probably for a day. If you didn't get it then, you'll need to buy it. Either way you'll need to download it on your Amazon Kindle or Kindle app.
