I haven't seen them. I did try to get one from Fictionwise using HideMyAss but they seem wise to that now and it was declined. Ho hum.

I've purchased "The Broker" from the Sony Store Canada.

The books I can't purchase here are any of the TOR published - Jordan, Modesitt, Erikson......For Erikson it's no big deal as I own the previous 8 in trade paperback and will continue to purchase the series that way.

It looks like Fictionwise will sell the Grisham titles to Canadian purchasers as well. I didn't actually test the theory since the prices are quite high.

All of them can be ordered in Canada from both the sony and amazon stores. I grabbed a sample via wireless a couple of days ago. I'm in Toronto with a Canadian Kindle 2.
