UK PRS-505 Help

I have been using my PRS-505 for a few months now and have just got a new laptop, and i have a few questions ...

do i need to put the elibrary on my laptop to use my prs-505 with digital editions ? if so can i use the USA version of this ?

also

Do i need to put the firmware update on my PRS-505 to use it with digital editions and if so am i ok using the USA firmware update on a UK PRS-505 ? or is there a UK firmware version ?

Yes, you can use US version of eBook Library and no, you don't need to update the firmware.

Yep i found you can install it several places and it all works well although it doesn't operate so well that it uses a cloud to keep all the devices synced - OH well maybee next time
