iPad eBook submission

Hi All.

Just wondering if any publishers have started the proces of submission to the iBookstore/iPad?
I'd be interested to hear how you are getting on if you'd like to share your experiences.

Thanks

Gareth

I don't believe Apple has opened iBooks to independent publishers yet. I think right now, it's limited to publishing houses.

Hi Direct Ebooks,

I believe that you can use Smashwords (go to Smashwords.com), and they can distribute your book to iBookstore. But I'm not sure they support iBookstore yet; it's all still very new.

I recently uploaded my own novel ("Firefly Island") to Smashwords, hoping to get into iBookstore. If it works, I'll let you know.
