I love reading, but my "library" is taking over my house -- so Ebooks (ebooks? e-books?) are the solution. I've also always been interested in the potential of new kinds of literature being developed specifically for Ebooks.
My most read genre is science fiction, but I like everything. Since I've had my Kindle only two days, I'm looking for tips and tricks for making the most of it. |

Your already downloaded manual can be your best friend.....at first. Then there are lots of books online thru Amazon that have hints, tricks, etc. For instance, I downloaded Stephen Windwalkers "how to use the amazon Kindle" for only $3.99..... For free downloads, start here......(look up and click 'ebooks" also www.feedbooks.com www.mnybks.net And the gutenberg project. Check out the Wiki tab also at the top of the page for lots of info. Haunt this site and you'll be amazed at how much you learn! Oh, yeah, and WELCOME! |

Hi MsRice and welcome to the Forum. Believe the accepted term is 'eBooks'. Anyway, enjoy.

Hullo everyone--
I have had my Kindle for eight months, but only last week discovered that it's good for more than buying books at Amazon. Not that I don't love buying books at Amazon, especially ebooks. I'm finding that discussion forums are great for learning what to do with these things!
