Calibre + SD card issue
Hi,
I recently purchased a Nook and have been loading my books onto the device via Calibre. I also have a SD card in the device but have been loading the books into the main memory - 'device' (the books are shown under the device listing once loaded). However, when I disconnect and re-connect my Nook back onto Calibre to upload more books, the 'device' icon now says that there is 14.8GB of memory available (and no books in there), but the 'card A' icon says that there is 70.5MB of memory available (and all the books i'd previously loaded into the internal memory is listed there. Obviously, it seems as though Calibre is recognising 'device' as the external storage and 'card A' as the internal memory. I was wondering if anyone has come across this before, and is this normal? If so, does that mean that if i wanted to load my books into the internal memory, i'll have to send to card A from now on? Thanks! |

I think that Calibre makes assumption that the first 'drive' it sees is main memory and the next the SD card. You might want to check what drive letters your OS is assigning.
