azw -> epub fails

using version 1.35, and 100+ successful conversions. I've finally hit one "book" that will not convert. I get the same error under windows or linux

Thanks. Letting Windows do it's thing. Will post a bug report, along with the debug log and conversion log, once it aborts sometime today

I had to smile when I saw the book title in your output log. I have been fighting with a different box set by the same author that also wouldn't go past "Flattening CSS and remapping font sizes," even if left to run overnight. I have had several of this author's books take hours to convert but this one just wouldn't finish. After reading several posts around the forum about long conversions that all pointed to the CSS as the culprit, I decided to try something (probably stupid) :-) but it worked. I used calibre's edit book feature to delete the CSS from the file. It was huge! As an extra measure, I also checked the "Disable font size rescaling" box on the conversion options. Book converted in 2 minutes and it looks fine.

Printed out your info. Removed the css file, lo and behold it converted real quickly
