Conversion from .pdf to .mobi

Hiall!

Here's the .mobi I get:

Converting this .pdf:

Calibre in 0.9.3, Win 7/64 bit. No error message - this my first unsuccessful conversion in two years. Also tried .epub format - no luck there either.

Help anybody?

Hi Ducks;

Thanks for responding. I checked out the ligatures and got totally lost in 30 seconds.

Maybe I'll just wait for a proper .mobi to show up or just buy the book...
