Need some files for pocketbook 626

Hi, recently the memory card in my touch Lux 3 started acting up, so I tried putting the software on a different card.

Unfortunately in the process of doing so I damaged a part of the original memory card and I had to format the card. I only backed up the part called "volumn". I don't remember what the part that I lost was called before formatting but I think the os the reader is running was on there.

If anyone has the files that are supposed to be there I'd be very grateful if they sent me them somehow. If you would send me the image of the whole card then that would be even better.

I've got a Touch Lux 3 and would be happy to supply the files or an image, but I would have to be instructed how to do it. My Touch Lux 3 won't hold a charge (even though I replaced the battery) but otherwise it works well. It's the older, heavier TL3 — doubt that it makes a difference, but letting you know just in case it does.

EDIT: I use Linux computers. So the process might different than on a Windows computer.

If it would be possible for you, you could clone the sd card on to a different one or onto a usb (you can use software such as balena etcher). I wouldn't recommend doing this on the original sd card in case something goes wrong(you can always format the usb).

If you can get the files I could share a google drive folder with you where you could upload them. This should be easier to do than creating an image which I've never done either. Also the partition should be about 500 mb big.

If the support of pocketbook.ru is contacted (service@pocketbook-int.ru), they send @BlipBlop a new cardimage for last time it was 450 Russian Rubel, without him having to patch/crack something.

I'm glad to hear that. After reading BlipBlop's post I didn't have a clue where to start. I was going to look into that but was busy the last few days so hadn't gotten to it yet.

Hi!
I tried during 3 days (I am retired) to copy my internal SD card following the multiple threads without any success.
I decided to ask the russian service center and the answer was : "We are sorry, but since the service is paid, you can pay only by invoice, on the territory of the Russian Federation."
I went to Ukraine, answer was : "This information is available only to specialists in the Service Center and, unfortunately, we cannot provide it to you. You will need to send your device to the Service Center in Europe (it is located in Poland)."
As presently, I did not find a SD image available on the net, do you know were I could have one ?

If the information isn' t there, you can send an e-mail from there and ask for help.
Maybe it is necessary to send your device to their service center (Poland) , but maybe they can help from distance.
