Kobo store live chat?
Is live chat available anymore? I can't seem to get it on the new site: it only asks for by email or by phone when I click on "Contact Customer Care"?

I tried the link, and get to page that says "searching for an available agent", but then no one ever answers. |

Well two things; today is a civic holiday in Ontario, so not all businesses are open, and who knows... maybe they have stopped offering a live chat

I had a chat the other day with someone from Kobo and I am pretty sure I used the same link that PeterT put: so don't despair, maybe it is because it is a public holiday. The launch webpage had "chat support available" at the bottom.

This is the problem I am having. I need to contact them about an incorrect purchase but they havent bothered to reply to my emails and now the chat just says Searching For An Available Agent but it never finds one. I cant even ring them as we only have mobile phones and when I ring the contact number it says I cant use that number on a mobile phone.
Kobo suck. They could learn a lot about customer service from Amazon. |

have you tried changing browser? I had the same problem once, and solved it using a different browser (I may have gone fromchrome to IE, but I am not completely sure).
