Converting LIT to LRF Woes (or: Trouble with Images in LIT Files)

I am using BD 5.0 (alfa) on a Vista machine. I have a LIT file which contains 20-25 HTML files and 5-6 JPG files which are used as decorative flourishes between chapters, and on the title page.

I load the LIT file (open) in BD, it goes through it's conversion routines, and the final presentation in BD is beautiful. Everything is in order.

The trouble comes in when I convert to LRF (Make Sony Reader File). None of the image files appear in the CONNECT preview that pops up after the proccess is complete.

Since I am intrinsically lazy, I have not gone through all of the help files available, but I have given the forum here a pretty good looking. Any help would be appreciated.
