Heard back from Kobo that they were just the "storage" for Borders even though the AG Settlement website folks assured me that the Borders books would be included with Kobo's settlement (back in Oct 2012). Kicking myself now for not filing a claim anyway.

I didn't get an email from Kobo, but I just saw I have a $6.82 credit in my account that wasn't there a few weeks ago.
