I am looking to get my girlfriend a cybook as a present and were looking around where to buy it. I think that I saw justread.de mentioned here somewhere and would like to know your experience with them, if you have had any. When buying online, I always worry about warranty, especially with so fragile a device as an ebook!
Do they have good warranty handling? Do they replace a broken screen?

Hi!

We ship quickly and try to help you as fast as we can if a problem arrises. With warranty issues, we usually just exchange the device.

Broken screens will not be covered by warranty, since Bookeen does not cover that either.

thanks, but I am not worried about the price. Service is more important.

good to see that there is somebody from justread in the community. Do you offer insurances for broken screens? Do you accept paypal or do you work with wire transfers (Banküberweisung)?
