The Perfect Creation, 1st in the Creations series by Marie Harte, is All Romance eBooks' Earth Day countdown freebie for April 8th, free courtesy of Total-E-Bound Publishing.

It has a "Heat Index" of 4 flames out of 5, so probably a little more plotty than pure erotica. No tags on this one, but the book summaries for the four available volumes suggest a leaning towards BDSM and occasional het-centric ménage situations throughout the series.
