Question How to change Author format in metadata for saved PDFs?

Currently, when I save an ebook as PDF from Calibre, the metadata for "Author(s):" is written as "{authors} [{author_sort}]".
I would like to change this simply to "{authors}" and have the "{author_sort}" in a separate field, with the field order outputted by ebook-meta preferably as

Title:
Title sort:
Author(s):
Author sort:
Publisher:
...

I have searched high and low for a description how to achieve this, but no luck.
I appreciate any help on how to do this!

Thanks,

Wolpi
