Kindle Amazon Topaz format

I am having trouble with the new Topaz Format bought from Kindle US stores, I am trying to add them to my dad's Chinese tablet made by Hua Wei but it does not appear to support the format. I am unsure if this recently changed as I followed the instructions for DRM management but was got an key error. Has anyone been experiencing such an problem as well?

We can not discuss DRM issues here.
Ask where you got the tool.

Topaz has been around for years. I am not aware of a new Topaz format. Either way this doesn't sound like a calibre problem you might want to ask for help in the Kindle forum.

If this is a question about removing DRM then you need to ask at the site you where you obtained the tools to remove the DRM. Mobileread prohibits providing instructions on removing DRM or linking to sites that provide this info.
