Well, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who starts to fall asleep when reading in bed. When I'm fully awake, I do prefer to stop at chapter breaks.

I usually don't stop until I've finished the book. Fortunately, I have the lifestyle, or lack of, depending on your point of view, that lets me do this once or twice a day.
