Can't View Cricket Wireless Site on KFHD
The screen dims and I can't select anything. Can someone else try to enter your zip to view devices and and see what you can make out of it? Thanks.

That sounds like a pop up can you zoom out using the pinch to see the whole Screen? There should be a small popup you need to touch to continue.

Good morning Blossom. Yes I thought the same thing but not so. Pinching & zooming didn't work. There's no visible X to click on.
