At least you get choices on the Fire HDX. The Kindle for Android app just has one font.

The new firmware is now live!

You can manually update but it's best to do a check now first and see if it the update is pushed out to your HDX.

As a beta tester I guess that's what it was it seems to be working great! I know this is a bug fix release so be sure to update!

Mine shows it updated today to Version 13.3.0.5 about 8 hours ago.

I also notice that the background is a lot darker than it used to be when using light text on a dark background although still not as black as the frame.

The line height is set in the style sheet so every font has the same line spacing. If you do specify the line height it becomes fixed. You can't changed it so I leave it out.
