Using highlights as bookmarks
It just occurred to me that since you can jump to wherever a highlight is in a book that you can use it as a bookmarking system of sorts.
Using highlights this way is a little clunky, but I've seen a few people asking for multiple bookmark management in books, and this is a semi-usable workaround. |

But it would appear to be only for books purchased from Kobo at the moment.

You won't have to wait that long for epub supported highlights

good thinking, though it wont cross over to another device like a tablet or phone but its a good "just in case" measure if the book marks get deleted some how
