Text Formatting Tool

Hi All,

This is a program that I helped develop for the Nuvomedia Rocketbook across all sorts of Usenet posts. The actual coder was a gent who posted using the name of "Daddio."

The purpose of the program is to fix paragraphs in text files. It worked pretty well.

Some of you may want to try it. We called it, "CrFormat" for "carriage return format." Originally it started out as a command line program, but we were finally able to put together a GUI.

Windows only.

In what way does it fix paragraphs? can it take a text file with line spaces and leave only those that are supposed to be there (if any are)?

I think it does the same job as Stingo's macro, JSWolf, except it doesn't need MS Word to do it.

Here's the source

The purpose of the program is to take irregularly formatted paragraphs and convert them to block paragraphs. I looked around and found the source. It was written in C, so consider this an open invitation to port to other platforms.

Isn't anyone going to help?

This is a terrific paragraph formatting tool; I've included the source, isn't anyone interested in porting this to mac or linux?

Probably not as most people have a word processor that will do the same or similar thing.
