Archos 70b eReader kommt mit Android 2.1
Hallöschen,

auf Computerbild gibt es einen kleinen Artikel über den Archos 70b.

Wußte gar nicht, das die Teile mit 129,99 Euro so günstig sind. Ich hatte wohl immer nur die Archos Tabletts im Hinterkopf die viel teurer sind. Es wäre vielleicht für jemand interessant, der gerne farbige PDF im Querformat runterscrollen will und einen günstigen Mediaplayer braucht.

Auf lesen.net gibt es dazu jetzt auch einen Bericht.

Es ist sicherlich kein spektakuläres Gerät, aber vielleicht ein gutes Einsteigergerät, zumal es wohl im Gegensatz zum Pocketbook IQ auch Adobe DRM beherrscht und recht preisgünstig ist.

Ich persöhnlich würde aber derzeit noch etwas abwarten, diese billigen Tablets basieren immer noch auf veralteten Android Versionen. Schön wäre einfach eine Unterstützung für Flash-Videos und ein dierekter Zugang zum Android Market. (Vielleicht wird da aber wieder jemand basteln. Ich habe meinen Market Zugang auch über ein nettes Archos Forum erhalten.)

Ich denke auch, dass dieses Jahr noch einiges kommen wird und für Leute mit schmaleren Geldbeutel muss die Ausgabe gut überlegt sein. Wer viel lesen möchte, ist mit E-Ink besser bedient.
