Calibre not detecting Kindle Fire HD
I just installed Calibre, am using the latest update, but when I plug my kindle into my pc Calibre does not detect it. I have followed the steps listed on the sticky about devices not being detected, but all the settings seemed to be correct. This is what I got when I ran the debug device detection:

According to that your device is being detected. Try rebooting your computer and your device.

Calibre Companion
I am having the same problem where Calibre is recognizing my device. Yes, I am running XP. If I purchase Calibre Companion will that solve the problem? Thanks
