Exporting highlighting changes to pdf problems

I'm new to this forum and have been looking for the answer for this so please excuse me if the information for this question is somewhere 'out there' already.

I will upload a pdf to my prs-600 and highlight text that I want to remember. Since the note export stinks on the 600, I use calibre and the sony reader software that came with my 600.

Here's my problem...

I can see the highlighted text in the sony software but I can't export the pdf file and it won't (as much as I can tell) save that file to a file that will have those changes. It's stuck in the sony reader software.

OR

I use the calibre software and I can export the files but there is no sync with the changes I've made on the reader.

My whole idea is to scan a book into pdf, upload it to 600, make highlighted notes, then view the changes in the note section when I pull up the file in adobe 9 pro.

Can someone help?

Look for an app called prs note reader to read your notes, though you still wont be able to match them to the PDF file.

Is there any add-on to calibre that will merge changes from the pdf file on my laptop to the pdf on my 600?

How do I use PRS Note Reader? My notes in Sony Reader export to .rtf files only.

I believe it will read the notes directly from the reader itself, thoughI could be wrong. Try asking in the thread for it.
