SFBC and their stablemates (History and Scientific American Book club, among other banners) ran a survey of their customers last month and that was the core intent; to gauge interest in a book-club branded reader with attached book store.

Hey, this $49 thing probably isn't far off. We just need these two companies to keep make crazy $60-70 cuts.

I am definitely curious to see how these cuts have affected the numbers for both companies.
