Learning Disablitys
I am looking at getting the Edge for school with my learning disablitys.
I want to know if any one else has learning disablitys and what they think of the edge? How easy is it to use? How functionality? |

I don't think there is enough information in your question for any of us to be of any help. What specific functions do you need the edge to have?

What I am personly looking for in the edge is Text to speech, less wight on my back, and a way to take notes in a more simple way |

It definitely saves weight, I rarely take anything else with me except for 1 notebook in case a teacher requires an assignment on paper and turned in before class ends. It is great for notes, especially since I can also send those notes to my PC or GoogleDocs online. For text to speech you will need to add a couple of apps, but yes it does work.

Like I said you have to install a couple of apps first. It does not ship with apps installed that make text to speech work but it works after you install the speech library and a reader that reads aloud.

Like I said I take it to class everyday and do't use anything else any more. It is the most helpful tech item I own. I wish I could help you more, but you will have to decide if you are tech savvy enough to use an Android device effectively.
