ebook covert Recipe to .mobi in cmd error

Hello

I tried to do ebook-convert *.recipe *.mobi using cmd.
But conversion process always stops with errors saying as below:

File "site-packages\calibre\ebooks\conversion\plugins\mobi_ou tput.py", line 242, in write_mobi

File "site-packages\calibre\ebooks\mobi\writer2\main.py", line 60, in _call_

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'C:\\program files (x86)\\calibre2\*.mobi'

How can this be solved?

Thanks

By running ebook-convert in a directory for which you have write permissions. Or using a full path for the .mobi file to a location where you have write permissions.

calibre-smtp

Thanks a lot. Now conversion is working but calibre-smtp isn't.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Calibre2\calibre-smtp --attachment "file directory\*.mobi" --relay smtp.gmail.com --port 587 --username xxxxxxx@gmail.com --password "xxxxxxxxxx" --encryption-method TLS xxxxxxx@free.kindle.com

There's no any prompt coming up but silent. Thank you for your comment,
