Always the Wedding Planner, Never the Bride is the 2nd in Sandra D. Bricker's Emma Rae Creation contemporary possibly-comedic romance series, free courtesy of Christian publisher Abingdon Press.

Currently free @ Amazon UK, will likely drop in the main store and show up at B&N and Christian Book. ETA: Oops, not yet free @ B&N, though I give it another 33 minutes from now, so pre-emptive linkage for your pricedrop-check convenience., though it took another 26 minutes longer than I thought it would. Co-religionist publisher Baker's usually drop mere minutes after 10pm PST.

The 1st in the series, Always the Baker, Never the Bride has been previously offered free several times before, so you may want to check your archives if you like to read things in order (does not seem to be a requirement for this one, reader reviews say it works well standalone). If you've already read and enjoyed these, you'll be pleased to hear that a 3rd book is slated for April release and a 4th is planned, according to the author's website.
