Photographs on 4/16 greyscale ?

Hi!

i have just joined this community. as a graphic artist i'd like to learn more about graphic abilities of different ereaders.

i'd like to hear if anybody here has ever tried to use/show personal photograps (e.g. holiday, landscape, portraits ...) on his reader:

i have noticed that only very few people looked into this thread.
please everybody feel free to give me any hint to what i've written hereafter! (even comments like "i don't like the way you did/wrote/..." are welcome.)

- would you post some JPGs here? (e.g. screenshots digitally taken) ?
(can you maybe post any links that show photographs on ereaders ?)

- did you use them as they were - how were they prepared / changed ?

- any software you recommend? (how can series of photographs best be displayed: album software - pdf - anything else...?)

- and at last thanks to Alexander Turcic, who has already sent me some usefull links (below)!

thanks for any help or interesting tips - Clemens

Or

Look at this google search page , it contains a lot of colored images displayed by some new E Ink eReaders. they are still expensive.
