The OCR layer was very poor and required very extensive editing. I also had to do a lot of cleanup on the image. I used asciidoc to convert the text to epub and have also attached a zip file with the plain text, the text with asciidoc markup, a shell script to generate html , epub, pdf, azw3, and mobi versions, and the html version of the document to the EPUB Books forum.
