global tweak of scroll speed or length? Evernote might have a hint
hello!
is this possible? when scrolling a page, it's annoying to sit through the full refresh black flashing and arduous to have to do the partial refresh trick each time you need to and then turn it off. some exploring led me to find that Evernote might pose a hint to how this full refresh thing works, since i found a way to scroll in there without having the page refresh. youtube video here: http://youtu.be/QE_p_j-J7t8 anyone have any ideas? as an aside, is there a way to adjust that height of the evernote frame? looks like partial screen refresh.
the reader always does this when only a portion of the screen is updated. |

if the reader always does this when only a portion of the screen is updated, is it possible to make an apk like the "no refresh in every app" where the status bar remain static, while the rest of the screen below enters into partial refresh at when scrolling but revert when not?
