Adverbs on the verge of extinction.

Even publishers seem to have a problem with adverbs these days! Please post examples of missing lys you find in the wild. |

The missing -ly was a given, and rather the point of my post. (Find Examples, Post Them!).
Paperbound vs. Paperback is perhaps an uncommon choice, but doesn't constitute something missing. |
