Problem with PDF to MOBI conversion - Please help

I'm getting the following error while trying to convert a pdf file to mobi with calibre. It is 15 MB in size and contains a lot of internal links since it is originally a website converted with Acrobat X.

Please help. I'm not very familiar with the jargon in this error message. How can I solve this? If it's unavoidable, is there a different reliable program (except for Mobipocket creator, which didn't preserve my internal links) that performs the same task?

Thanks a lot!

That's a bug in pdftohtml the program used by calibre to convert PDF to HTML. You should report it to the poppler project.
