Jetbook/Aluratek

I see Borders is diving in and will be selling the Aluratek Libre.
I have a couple of questions. Is it an Ectaco product also?
I see that the physcial device is the same as Jetbook, however is the software different, written by the same or a different group of developers?

dixieknits, Aluratek and Ectaco are competitors who both use hardware made by Dr. Yi in China.
