Book/file sizes in Calibre

Hi,
I've recently discovered Calibre and have switched to using it as my main method of ebook management. However, my 'ebook' collection is in fact my fanfic archive of .txt files, and I would prefer to see these file sizes in kb rather than MB. Is there any way to change this? I've looked through the settings and no luck. I understand megabytes may make more sense for .pdfs and bigger files, but when I have a collection of txt files it's irritating not being able to distinguish between 0.0 and 0.1 - in terms of reading time, there's quite a difference between a file that weighs in at 20kb and one that's just under 100! Anything? I'm running the latest version on Windows 7.
Thanks.

The size in the main Library window is the size of biggest format for that title.

If you visit the title in the Meta-data editor, You get to see the sizes of the individual formats for that book (and at a finer resolution. Still in MB, but 0.020MB). Hover over the format and you get to see the last modified date for the file.

BTW

Thank you - for the welcome and the info. Is there any way to show that in the columns in library view? I use it for sorting and tagging purposes.

ETA: have just checked, but a file that I know is tiny (very tiny - it's less than 10kb) is still showing as 0.0 MB in the metadata editor...?
