Firmware Update New Paperwhite keeps freezing after unwanted update

After a update my kindle freezes when I want to switch books. I actually don't read books as much as I read RSS. I can still read books, because it doesn't freeze in the middle of a specific book(or RSS). However, I do switch a lot between RSS and it´s a certainty that it will freeze eventually. I use kindle mostly for RSS, so it´s useless for me now. I´m hoping that a new update will fix it(but so far, I had no luck) I´m sure it was the update, because I was after a update and I hardly ever update it. I´m sure the hardware is fine. Do you guys have any advice? Is there something I can do beside waiting that a new update will fix it?

P.S: i´m not really sure if my paperwhite is the 4 or 5
