Which e-reader for PDF files ?
Hello,
I have read many comments about e-readers, but I don't know still which one would be the best for me... I want a reader for professional use, because I read a lot of PDF documents and PDF books but it's not easy on a computer screen.. and wearying for eyes. So : - use mainly for PDF files & PDF books - a screen >= 9 inches because I think 6 inches models are really small (and not optimal for PDF) - the wireless is an option but not mandatory for me. I have my laptop always with me, so I can transfert files and charge the e-reader with it. I want to know if there was a big difference between e-link Perl (like Kindle & Sony) and older versions because the PocketBook Pro seems to be a good object but it's not e-link Pearl ? Is it possible to read PDF files which have a size of 20-30 Mo ? Thank you. (Excuse my english... I am french..) |

Here is the comparison between Vizplex (2nd Gen eInk) and Pearl (3rd Gen eInk).
http://blog.the-ebook-reader.com/201...ens-overrated/ On the other hand, there is currently no ereader that offers large screen and good pdf support. I would wait until later this year when new products roll out, Onyx Boox M90 for example. |

Thank you for the link.
It seems you can order the Onyx Boox M90 here (or pre-order I don't really know) : http://www.onyxboox.fr/boutique/onyx-boox/onyx-boox-m90 But.. it's really expensive : €474.81 ! (if it's the true information) |

Unfortunately, large e-ink e-readers aren't cheap.
