kobo touch frozen on sleep screen
Hi guys I wonder if you can help me
I have a 2year old kobo touch which occasionally freezes but no probs can usually reset with no major issues However I was reading this afternoon no issues but went to put the touch out of sleep this evening and its not turning on. I have tried the pin hhole reset at the back. No response just green light but nothing happens If i hold the power button won't turn of. Tried factory reset nothing happens Tried to connect to PC won't connect (not even as an exernal drive so i can try to delete the book I am reading) PC won't recognise anything plugged inbattery on 50% Any ideas |

Have you tried removing uSD card?

No sd card in there. I think it may have died

Update. Now green light does not come on when trying pinhole reset

Try charging with different USB cable or use cell phone charger with micro USB connector that fits your Kobo.

What Kobo Touch Model do you have? Model number is on bottom edge of your Kobo.
Model N905, Model N905B or Model N905C Model B and C have removable internal micro SD card. If you have Model B or C you can open your Kobo, remove internal SD card and install new image of your Kobo firmware.
