Seriousness Washington Square Park Squirrel Massacre

A string of squirrel maulings have New Yorkers up in arms.
A woman's two dogs, breeds unknown, have been going on a squirrel killing rampage in the Washington Square Park dog run for the past month.
She has been issued one $50 summons for unleashing her dogs in the park, which has no off-leash hours.
Locals, who view the squirrels as either "disgusting" or "friendly", all agree that the maulings must stop.
Undercover Parks Department officers are staking out the park to prevent more bloodshed.
