Kovid, what does this phrase in your changelog mean:

Does it mean that outside CSS can use @page rules and overrule input CSS?

It means that if you try to convert some html+css that has @page rules, they will be stripped (i.e. ignored). Earlier versions of calibre simply left them alone and this would occassionally cause problems.
